StockMap

StockMap v1.0 by Gym Spotter AI is a browser-based inventory management system for gym equipment dealers and distributors. It connects directly to your WooCommerce product catalog and provides three views: an Inventory spreadsheet, a Warehouse floor map, and a Showroom floor map. All data persists in browser localStorage.

Full spreadsheet view of all WooCommerce products. Filter by stock status, search by name/SKU/brand, toggle column visibility, group by category. Each row shows image thumbnail, name, SKU, brand, category, stock status, stock qty, cost, price, MSRP, dimensions, and warehouse/showroom tag. Click any row or thumbnail to open the full item detail modal.

Canvas-based floor plan maps. Draw your space with the Node/Draw tools, then drag items from the left panel onto the canvas. Items can overlap (stacking is allowed) and show real dimensions. Use the Tag button to assign a location ID, zone, notes, and qty at location. The right panel lists all mapped items.

Every placed item can have a Tag (location ID like WH-A1-R3), a Zone (area name), Notes, and a qty-at-location. Tags appear on the canvas label and in the right-panel mapped list. All tag data is included in CSV/PDF exports. Click the Tag button in the bottom bar or the tag icon on any canvas item to edit.
